- Buy in table: sells the admission bingo packages
- Early bird: sells this game at a table and on the floor
- Bullseye: sells this game at a table and on the floor
- Pull-tabs: Juan Gamboa works the table every month (thank you Juan) and the pull-tab
- sellers sell on the floor to the players
- Raffles: in charge of selling raffle tickets to school raffle and for special basket raffles
- Bingo verifiers: when someone calls bingo you read the numbers back to the caller to “verify” the bingo.
- Babysitting: we offer free babysitting to the volunteers so it is easier for them to come. This person holds the fort down in one of the prairie rooms (we have games, coloring books etc) and we have pizza and juice for the kids. It is also the responsibility of the babysitter to make sure the garbage is taken out of this room. Usually there are 1 or 2 8th graders to help out with the kids, too.
- Kitchen: help serve food and clean up at the end of the night.
- clean up: put away chairs/ tables take out garbage

- kitchen help 4:45-7:45 (2) and 7-10 (2)
- babysitting 4:45-7:45 (1) and 7-10 (1)
- CLEAN UP 8:30-10P (10) THIS IS THE BIGGEST JOB AND THE MORE WE HAVE THE EASIER IT IS FOR EVERYONE (NOT JUST ME) EVERYONE!!!!!!! EVERYONE SIGNED UP FOR THE LATE SHIFT IS REQUIRED TO STAY UNTIL WE ARE FINISHED CLEANING UP.
When the games close at 7pm (ie. buy in table, early bird and bullseye) those that were working those games/tables will then close their bank, count out cards to prepare for next month etc.
The overlapping times for the other jobs would be to help the next crew get orientated to their jobs.
