Build a Culture of Life in 2007
Chicago March for Life
Sunday, January 21, meet at Holy Name Cathedral after the 12:30p Mass.

A message from Francis Cardinal George: “January 22, 2007, marks the 34th anniversary of the Supreme Court decisions that led to legal abortion for any reason, and throughout all 9 months of pregnancy, in our country. In 2004, more than 22,000 abortions took place in Cook and Lake Counties alone. As the Body of Christ, we are left with the significant task of undoing the harm that these unjust rulings have caused our people and our Church.
I am pleased to announce a new ministry for post-abortion healing as an addition to the Project Rachel ministry the Respect Life Office has offered for many years. “A Time to Heal,” a 12-week, small group, Bible-based program for post-abortive women, will be offered in several parishes throughout the Chicago area. Interested persons may call the Project Rachel hotline at 888-456-HOPE for more information or to register.”

St. Barbara Vigil For Life: Come Monday, January 22, at 7pm to Church for Eucharistic Adoration, Vigil For Life, and Rosary.

“Each of us is willed, each of us is loved, each of us is necessary.”
Pope Benedict XVI
