PRINCIPAL NOTES: Plan on joining the St. Barbara Parish community for the Stations of the Cross each Friday during Lent at 7:30 p.m. in the Church.

Look for the insert of the March 7th Chicago Tribune regarding Jeremy Handley’s article about Multiple Sclerosis.

BAND CONCERT: Everyone is invited to our Winter Band Concert this Wednesday, February 28th at 1:30 and 7:00 p.m. in the Parish Center. All band members should dress up in concert attire that day - no school uniforms and be ready for warm-up at 6:30 p.m. for the evening concert. Band members' families please bring a treat or drink to share for our after-concert celebration. Thanks! Phil Enns

MARKET DAY: Thanks goes out to all that came out & helped set up for our pick-up last Saturday! We had a snowy day and all went great! Our sale generated $680.00 to the school this month! Chicken steaks are one of the items that are on sale this month, so check out your order sheet for more information, or go to www.marketday.com and order online. Our next pick up will be on Saturday, March 17th.

JR. HIGH TRIVIA NIGHT flyers were distributed today to each student in gr. 5th - 8th.

BOX TOPS, CAMPBELL’S, TYSON & MILK CAP: Reminder...The "St. Barbara Super Bowl" contest ends TOMORROW Friday, Feb. 23rd. Please send in your items. The winning team will be announced at school on Monday. Thanks for your support of these programs. Also, don't forget to save the UPC's from Sunny D products so we can earn books from Scholastic for each classroom. (These will not be counted in the Super Bowl contest.
