TRACK NEWS The track team ended its finest season by placing eighth in the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) track meet on Sunday, May 18th. "We challenged the team to place in the top 10 and they came through!" As a small school we should be very impressed with this performance considering we competed against 26 other schools. Points are earned for a top 6 finish in eight events in each of 4 age/gender categories, 6 and under boys, 6 and under girls, 7/8 boys and 7/8 girls. Our points were earned in high jump [], shot put, long jump, 100 meters , 200 meters , the 4x400 relay team [], and the 4 x 100 relay team[]. We thank the supporting members of the team who always encouraged their teammates both at track meets and practices[]. This was clearly a team effort.

The coaches want to express gratitude to all the parents who encouraged their children to run and especially those parents who assisted at our track meets. Coaches Rich, Michelle and Dan
