PRINCIPAL NOTES: A special welcome to all our returning students, our new students and all of our school families. I look forward to seeing each of you tonight at our Orientation Night.
The popular Family Mass resumes at 9:15 a.m. Sunday, September 14th. All families are encouraged to come and sing, praise and pray as one parish family. Please visit the table at Orientation Night to see the schedule of grade levels for upcoming Family Masses.
The school children will NOT be attending Mass tomorrow morning. School will begin at the regular 8:30 start time.
Please do not bring pets with you when standing outside the school. Many of the students have allergies and/or are afraid of the animals. Also, students should not be playing on the grass by the church where the rock is located or by the flagpole. This is for the safety of the children.
YEARBOOK: Please read the enclosed flyer regarding sign-up to work on the 2008 - 2009 yearbook. Following is a list of families that ordered a yearbook on their book bill. If you ordered a book and your name is not on this list, please call Dawn. [see paper tidbit for names]
HOT LUNCH NEWS: October menus are included in today's tidbit and order forms have been sent home with each child. Please remember to select a milk choice or white milk will be ordered. All orders and payment are due in the office by September 19th. If you have any questions, please call Jenny []. A mass e-mail will be sent with this information today. If you signed up for the e-mailing system and did not receive the notification, please give me a call.
FREE & REDUCED LUNCH APPLICATIONS: Any applications for the new school year are due in the office by TOMORROW, September 5th. Please note that you may request an application at any time during the school year if your income level should change. Any questions, call Jenny []
HOME RUN INN PIZZA DAY: September 25th will be our first Home Run Inn day for the new school year. Order forms have been sent home with each student today along with one via e-mail for those families who have signed up for the mass e-mailing system. All forms, along with payment, are due in the office by September 19th.
IMPORTANT: ALL STUDENTS MUST BRING HIS OR HER OWN DRINK FROM HOME on pizza days. Please note that hot lunch and milk are not available on Home Run Inn pizza days. As a reminder, students should either order Home Run Inn pizza or bring a lunch from home. No one should be bringing "fast food" lunches to school. Call Jenny[]
