ST. BARBARA SCHOOL

THURSDAY TIDBIT

Shining Stars for the Future
October 1, 2009

PRINCIPAL NOTES: Everyone is invited to join us tomorrow, Friday, October 2nd, at 9:00 Mass to celebrate the Feast of the Guardian Angel.

To the parents of children who use our Extended Day program, you may want to review with your child which food you have apportioned for Extended Day and lunch. Some students are eating everything in the morning Extended Day and then have nothing left to eat for lunch, while others are eating everything at lunch and then have nothing left to eat for Extended Day. We are experiencing a problem with children bothering other children for food at 2:45. Thank you for your cooperation!

Safety Concern - Students running near the church unsupervised can be a real danger especially once the cones are brought into school.

Please feel most welcome to come to the FSA meeting on Monday evening at 7:00 in the Faculty Room. FSA is always looking for new people with fresh ideas!

Oktoberfest tickets can be purchased in the school office or by submitting an order form which can be found on the school website. Oktoberfest is a great time for all!
