CALLING ALL DECORATORS!!! The gym needs to be transformed into our Casino during the day on Friday, November 6th. If you are available to help us decorate, please come to the gym anytime after drop off. We have all of the supplies. We just need the extra hands to help us transform the gym into the wonderful Casino it can be. Remember, if you build the Casino, they will come....Hope to see you there.
PICTURE RETAKES: Picture retakes will be on Thursday, November 5th. Any student that did not have their picture taken in September will need to have it taken at that time. If you wish to order pictures, your child will need to have their order form (available in the school office) and payment with them when their picture is being taken in order for Lifetouch to print the package. Otherwise, your child's picture will be taken only for use in the classroom composite. If you wish to have retakes, your child must return their complete portrait package on that day. Only those students having their picture taken will be allowed out-of-uniform in dress clothes on retake day. They must bring gym shoes for gym class. Students may change into gym uniform if they want to. Preschool students needing retakes should be in the Windemere Room by 8:30 am. Any questions, please call Cathy K.
TUITION REDUCTION PROGRAM (TRP)/MANNA: St. Barb's is rockin' the program! I am sure everyone is watching their order sheets come in with the amounts that will be coming off your tuition bill in April (don't forget to take the 80/20 split). Now is when it can get serious! The holiday shopping season is just around the corner and you should start making your list and checking it twice on the order form. Don't let those bills sneak up on you! Buy a little extra each week and have a credit card-free Christmas. Let Manna help with your budget. Carry Visa gift cards with you for situations when you want something and you don't have a specific gift card for that vendor. Carry it instead of cash. It works the same way and helps pay down your tuition. Don't forget to show your family and friends the form for those gift card-givers. You can save them a trip to the store and get money off your tuition at the same time! Remember orders are due Mondays via backpack express or website www.glscrip.com. Questions? Call Cathy K, Becky F or Pat G.
