PRINCIPAL NOTES Mardi Gras is quickly approaching. We are counting on all the school families to get a group of outside friends together to come for a very enjoyable evening. It’s very important that this event is a success, and we need everybody’s cooperation at this time. Please send in your reservations as soon as possible. Don’t worry if you do not have a full table , this is a great time to meet new people and make new friends!

Monday gym classes will be moved to Tuesday for the next two weeks (April 29th and May 6th).

GET ON BOARD THE ARK> Please consider helping the sixth graders with an Act of Random Kindness. We’re collecting pamphlets and brochures to send to a class in Greece. Their teacher has asked for materials that she may use to teach her class English. If you have any literature from museums, zoos, theaters or other tourist attractions (or something from your place of business) that you would like to contribute, please send all materials to the sixth grade via the school office. We’d like to have our package in the mail by May 9th. Thanks!

REMINDERWe will be out of uniform April 25th with a minimum 50 cent donation towards St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

NACHO FRIDAY The 7th and 8th graders will be selling nachos during the students’ lunch period tomorrow for $1.00.

2007-08 COMMITMENT FEE & TUITION CREDITS Information regarding Commitment Fees and Tuition Credits went out to families on Monday, March 31st. All outstanding commitment fees are due no later than Thursday, May 1, 2008. Tuition credits can be used towards April tuition. Any money remaining in credits can be used towards 2008-09 Registration fees or the 1st tuition payment, due May 17th.[]

2008-09 TUITION ENVELOPES AND BOOK/LAB FEE LETTERS Tuition envelopes for the 2008-09 school year and the Book/Lab Fee letters were sent out to only those families that have completed, signed and returned the Tuition Contract for their child(ren). Families that haven't return the Tuition Contract have been sent a second request asking them to read, complete, sign and return to school. Upon receipt of the completed and signed Tuition Contract, families will receive their tuition envelope and Book/Lab Fee letter. A $95 per student Registration Fee and the 1st tuition payment for the 2008-09 school year is due on or before May 17th. Both registration fee and tuition payment can be included in one check. All monies for the 2007-08 school year need to be paid in full by May 1, 2008. No money will be accepted towards the 2008-09 school year unless all money due for the 2007-08 school year is paid in full. []

MANNA CERTIFICATE PROGRAM Galyans/Dick's Sporting Goods has decreased their discount to 7%. Ace Hardware is now available in $25.00 denominations with a 5% discount.

BOX TOPS, CAMPBELL & TYSON LABELS, MILK CAP NEWS It’s time for our last contest “Sail Into Summer” which will end on Thursday , May 22nd. There is a new collection sheet included in today’s tidbit. Tomorrow (4/25) will be the first collection so send in all those items you’ve been collecting over the last month. Thanks!

TRANSPORTATION REIMBURSEMENT This reimbursement is only available to parents whose students are in grades Kindergarten through 12th grade.
